California C-10 Electrical Contractor License #1013781, current through 05/31/2028. Fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance available for property management vendor requirements.
We take residential work for existing commercial clients and by referral. If a property manager we work with needs electrical at their own home, we handle it. Cold residential calls are secondary to our commercial commitments.
